Silay City is a 3rd class component city in the province of Negros Occidental, Philippines. It consists of 16 barangay with the following names:Barangay I, Barangay II, Barangay III, Barangay IV, Barangay V, Barangay VI, Eustaquio Lopez, Guimbala-on, Guinhalaran, Kapitan Ramon, Lantad, Mambulac, Rizal, Bagtic, Patag, and Barangay Balaring.
