The municipality of Sapad, is a 5th class municipality in the 2nd district of Lanao del Norte province, Northern Mindanao, Philippines. It consists of 17 barangays with the following names: Baning, Poblacion Sapad (formerly Buriasan), Dansalan, Gamal, Inudaran I, Inudaran II, Karkum, Katipunan, Mabugnao, Maito Salug, Mala Salug, Mama-anon, Mapurog, Pancilan, Panoloon, Pili, and Barangay Lower Sapad.
