The municipality of Lugait is located in the 2nd district of Misamis Oriental province in Northern Mindanao, Philippines. It consists of eight barangays: Aya-aya, Betahon, Biga, Calangahan, Kaluknayan, Talacogon (Lower Talacogon), Poblacion, and Upper Talacogon.
