Matungao, officially the Municipality of Matungao, is a 5th-class municipality in the 1st district of Lanao del Norte province, Northern Mindanao, Philippines. The municipality consists of 12 barangays with the following names: Bubong Radapan, Bangco, Batal, Batangan, Cadayonan, Matampay, Pangi, Pasayanon, Poblacion (Matungao), Puntod, Santa Cruz, and Barangay Somiorang.
