Salay is a municipality located in the 1st district of Misamis Oriental province in Northern Mindanao, Philippines. It is comprised of 18 barangays, which are as follows: Alipuaton, Ampenican, Bunal, Casulog, Dinagsaan, Guinalaban, Ili-ilihon, Inobulan, Looc, Matampa, Membuli, Poblacion, Salagsag, Salay River I, Salay River II, Saray, Tinagaan, and Yungod.
