Barangay 25 is situated in the Central part of the City (City Proper), in the 2nd district of Cagayan de Oro, Misamis Oriental, Northern Mindanao, Philippines, known for its semi-populated areas, the UCCP Church, school, and unversity along with its mixed commercial establishments, such as a mall, accommodations, restaurants, hangout hub, and more, which are situated within its boundaries.
