Barangay 15 is situated in the Central “Northern” part of the City (City Proper) in the 2nd district of Cagayan de Oro, Misamis Oriental, Northern Mindanao, Philippines. A highly populated area, known for its local landmark, the “Cosmopolitan Memorial Chapel”, and also the Technoly School of Pilgrim, along with its mixed local businesses situated within its boundaries.
