The tallest buildings in Tagoloan

Valley View Townships, a multistory housing project that will benefit 10,400 families, is rising in Barangay Sta. Ana, municipality of Tagoloan, Misamis Oriental. It is a shelter initiative of the Social Housing Finance Corporation (SHFC) under President Ferdinand Marcos Jr.โ€™s Pambansang Pabahay Para sa Pilipino (4PH) Housing Program, which seeks to address the 6.5 million housing backlog in the country.

Each of the 25 towers in the township will consist of 13 floors with 32 units on each level, thoughtfully designed to create a warm and welcoming community. We understand the importance of shared spaces and well-being, which is why the township will include inviting amenities such as commercial areas for your convenience, lush green spaces for relaxation, a cozy clubhouse for gatherings, a peaceful chapel for reflection, and a delightful childrenโ€™s playground, ensuring that there are plenty of facilities for community socialization and basic services to support everyoneโ€™s needs.
