Camp Evangelista name after Col. Edilberto Evangelista, is a military base of the Philippine Army that houses the 4th Infantry “Diamond” Division (4ID). Located in Patag, Cagayan de Oro, it is the largest military camp in Mindanao. Its area of responsibility includes the Northern Mindanao and Caraga regions. This unit is responsible for supervising and directing security operations against threat groups in these areas to maintain peace and development.
