Talisayan is a 4th-class town in the 1st district of Misamis Oriental province, in Northern Mindanao, Philippines. It consists of 18 barangays with the following names: Bugdang, Calamcam, Casibole, Macopa, Magkarila, Mahayag, Mandahilag, Mintabon, Pangpangon, Poblacion, Pook, Punta Santiago, Puting Balas, San Jose, Santa Ines, Sibantang, Sindangan, and Barangay Tagbocboc.
