Sinacaban is a 5th-class municipality in the 2nd district of Misamis Occidental, Northern Mindanao, Philippines. It consists of 17 barangays with the following names: Cagay-anon, Camanse, Colupan Alto, Colupan Bajo, Dinas, Estrella, Katipunan, Libertad Alto, Libertad Bajo, Poblacion, San Isidro Alto, San Isidro Bajo, San Vicente, Señor, Sinonoc, San Lorenzo Ruiz (Sungan), and Barangay Tipan.
