The municipality is composed of 13 barangays with the following names:  Bontongon, Bulonay, Capitan Bayong, Cawayan, Dumalaguing, Guihean, Hagpa, Impalutao, Kalabugao, Kibenton, La Fortuna, Poblacion, and Barangay Sayawan.
