The RP-Mission and Development Foundation Inc. (RPMD) passionately carried out a nationwide survey called “Boses ng Bayan” to assess the performance of House Representatives in the Philippines during the first quarter of 2024. The survey meticulously evaluated the representatives’ effectiveness in district representation, legislative work, and constituent services, engaging 10,000 adult participants. The aim was to fervently capture the sentiments from every region through a rigorous random selection process.
