The municipality is composed of 14 barangays with the following names: Barongcot,  Bugwak, Dolorosa, Kapalaran, Kianggat, Lourdes, MacArthur, Miaray, Migcuya, New Visayas, Osmeña, Poblacion, Sagbayan, and Barangay San Vicente.
