Binuangan is a 6th-class municipality in the 1st district of Misamis Oriental province, in Northern Mindanao, Philippines. It consists of 8 barangay with the following names: Dampias, Kitamban, Kitambis, Mabini, Morangot, Nabataan, Poblacion and  Barangay Valdeconcha.
