Barangay 13 is situated in the Central “Northern” part of the City (City Proper) in the 2nd district of Cagayan de Oro, Misamis Oriental, Northern Mindanao, Philippines. Known for its residential populated area, the main headquarters of Iglesian ni Cristo Church in CDO, along with some Christian Churches, and with its mixed commercial establishments, such as schools, restaurants, salons, accommodations, and more, which are situated within its boundaries.
