MN Laling’s Pension House is located on Cogon Highway in Balingasag, Misamis Oriental. This 3-floor building features a rooftop restobar, regular rooms without balconies, and a family room. The room rates include access to the swimming pool. All rooms are air-conditioned and equipped with a 32″ flat-screen TV with cable, Wi-Fi, a mini fridge, and complimentary bottled water. Situated within Laling’s Spring Resort, the pension house is easily visible from the highway.

Balingasag to Build New PBA Standard Gymnasium
Perspective view and design for the proposed Balingasag Gymnasium in the city (to be constructed in Barangay Talusan, at the boundary of Tulay Grande and Barangay Linggangao), Balingasag, Misamis Oriental. Mayor Alexis S. Quina emphasized that the construction of the Balingasag Gymnasium will soon commence, following the formal donation of a 1.5-hectare lot by the Borromeo family, led by Vice Mayor Felix H. Borromeo and his siblings, located in Barangay Talusan, at the boundary of Tulay Grande and Barangay Linggangao in this town. The town of Balingasag soon will have a PBA Standard Gymnasium, providing an appropriate and orderly space for use during major events. Under the leadership of Mayor Quina, the proposed Balingasag Gymnasium is intended for the town and its people.
