The municipality of Baliangao is a 5th class municipality in the 1st district of Misamis Occidental province, Northern Mindanao, Philippines. It consists of 15 barangays with the following names: Del Pilar, Landing, Lumipac, Lusot, Mabini, Magsaysay, Misom, Mitacas, Naburos, Northern Poblacion, Punta Miray, Punta Sulong, Sinian, Southern Poblacion, and Barangay Tugas.
