Sapang Dalaga is a 5th class municipality in the 1st district of Misamis Occidental province in Northern Mindanao, Philippines. It consists of 28 barangays with the following names: Bautista, Bitibut, Boundary, Caluya, Capundag, Casul, Dalumpinas, Dasa, Dioyo, Disoy, El Paraiso, Guinabot, Libertad, Locus, Macabibo, Manla, Masubong, Medallo, Agapito Yap Sr. (Napilan), Poblacion, Salimpuno, San Agustin, Sapang Ama, Sinaad, Sipac, Sixto Velez Sr., Upper Bautista, and Barangay Ventura.
