Medina is a 4th class municipality in the 1st district of Misamis Oriental province, in Northern Mindanao, Philippines. It consists of 19 barangay with the following names: Bangbang, Bulwa, Cabug, Dig-aguyan, Duka, Gasa, Maanas, Mananum Bag-o, Mananum Daan, North Poblacion, Pahindong, Portulin, San Isidro, San Jose, San Roque, San Vicente, South Poblacion, Tambagan, and Barangay Tup-on.
