The municipality of Lagonglong is a 5th-class town in the 1st district of Misamis Oriental province, in Northern Mindanao, Philippines. It consists of 10 barangay with the following names: Banglay, Dampil, Gaston, Kabulawan, Kauswagan, Lumbo, Manaol, Poblacion, Tabok, and Umagos.
