The municipality is composed of 23 barangay with the following names: Balintawak, Cagawasan, East Kibawe (Poblacion), Gutapol, Pinamula, Kiorao, Kisawa, Labuagon, Magsaysay, Marapangi, Mascariñas, Natulongan, New Kidapawan, Old Kibawe, Romagooc, Sampaguita, Sanipon, Spring, Talahiron, Tumaras, West Kibawe (Poblacion), Bukang Liwayway and Barangay Palma.
